I wouldn't worry about them---every contest has legal fine print as it's required by law. The bad press over not actually giving the tractor away in a giveaway would far outweigh the $20k savings.

the fine print says the winner will have to pay the taxes on it, since the IRS, and possibly States consider this an income!.:thumbdown: it'll be over $5000 in taxes, to me, it's not worth it!.. many contests will pay the taxes, but not this one!..
