According to machine serial number you posted you should have the later style injector(key 19). T18533 Turbulence chamber(key 5) with stripped threads is NLA from JD

WOW.. IF THATS what u have {post # 11} I pity u.. $300.00 for an injector.!!?? THATS just robbery.!!
I sure hope its just the screw that's stripped.!!
I've been working in fuel injection for 30+ years AND worked at AMBAC{injector manuf}.. & have never seen that injector.!!
Normally I could call the factory{Ambac} & get a core or part & get u going.. But I've been all over their "core" area & haven't seen 1 like THAT..
NOR in the fuel shop I worked at..
The screw shouldn't be that hard to find or MAKE.. find a bolt w/ the correct threads & hold the threads on a grinder to make a flat & your done..
ALL the new return bolt threads are like THAT.. They figured out that drilling a hole THRU & then a hole "sideways" was compromising the strength & now they just make a "flat" so the fuel can leak past & into the return rail..
Now the pump is a diff. story.. I can do that in my sleep..

Yes this is correct, but the picture you posted before is not the correct injector, that one was the series after.

I can have the pump done locally, but it is in fact the inside of the injector that is stripped out from someone over tightening the banjo bolt I’m sure.

It's dawned on me what you're stating about the inside of injector is stripped out where bolt that attaches/seals fuel line to injector.

post 7??? Do you mean post 9??? I incorrectly posted that photo because I didn't check machine serial number. Have you looked at my post #11?
