Adding hydraulics for 3point hitch mounted implements

Dave my apologies I have just checked and there are in fact 7 hoses attached to the fel control which appears to be a 'Dakon' on the control there is a T and a P which looks like they go to the Tank and Pump respectively (which is logical)theres also a pipe which starts off as a flexible pipe then becomes a steel? one that I think goes to 'power' the 3ph. There is also a 'plug' in the bottom of the unit so I don't know what that is for or could be for

I am going to give you a quick response as I am about to leave for an appointment. I will think and add more later

Clearly the FEL valve does have power beyond feature which is feeding the 3 pt hitch.
The solution would be to buy another control valve, one or two spool, with a power beyond feature to control one of two rear remote double acting circuits.

The existing power beyond line going to the 3 pt would be re-directed to the new valve as its IN port.
The power beyond of this new valve would resume powering the 3 pt hitch.
The new valve must have a tank or return port connected to the reservoir. It could just be a tee into the FEL valve return line.

The plug in the bottom, a guess at this point, could be where the power beyond sleeve is added so of no concern now.

For the new valve, you should do a little thinking before ordering one as there may be features you would want to have included.... for example, a float position to allow the implement to move up and down with no hydraulic restriction, a detend which would only require a movement of the lever for it to finish its cycle and then shut off.

The float feature is found on new loader valves. The boom down or load arm down lever is pushed far forward and left there. Now, although the bucket remains where it is, the arms came move up and down as you back up leveling material like ground or gravel.

Your could also use your existing FEL valve for the rear remotes and get a new one for the FEL.

Many thanks Dave I appreciate your time; also heard back from Marcel via email very quickly and he's kindly given me the details of the supplier he used so thank you again for that!!

I don't think I have more to offer at this time.
Having Macel's UK supplier will make life easier for you getting parts.

Reflect on the splitter and pounder you desire. Review my advice re a gas engine splitter which could also power the hammer on the pounder.

Ask if you have more questions.

I HAVE A KIOTI AND THEY MAKE A KIT TO ADD A REAR OUTLET. IF MEMORY SERVES ME RIGHT I THINK IT WAS AROUND $260.
CHECK WITH YOUR DEALER AND SEE IF ONE IS MADE FOR YOUR UNIT.

Thank you unfortunately Iseki dealers are few and far between in the UK but I'll do some digging around

YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO ORDER A KIT FROM A DEALER ON LINE AND HAVE IT SHIPPED TO YOU DIRECTLY.

Apologies for the huge delay in replying...many thanks for your suggestion and the information

I'd recommend going to a PTO driven hydraulic pump in the 8-10 gpm @ 2000 psig range if you are planning to use auxiliary hydraulic systems on a regular basis. The factory pump flow is somewhere around 3 gpm and the relief valve is set to anywhere from 1700 psig to 1900 psig according to the information I can find. This delivers around 3 hp (2.2 kW) of available power at rated engine speed and hydraulic pressure. Not really a lot to work with for a wood splitter but it will function, just as your loader does but probably not quite as quickly as you would like. Keep in mind the design of this tractor was mainly tailored to run a tiller or mower. Nothing really beyond the 3-pt for hydraulics. Of course adding a separate, higher volume pump would ideally involve adding a another hydraulic oil reservoir too so this is something else to consider.

Just FYI, down under, dealers who do Massy Ferguson also are the parts dealers for Iseki from memory, so check if any group or dealer network also has Iseki contacts, and look for anyone who sells Iseki mowers etc new...
