no, I wasn't there at the time. It was several years later when I found it.

This mythconception came from a movie entitled "The High and Mighty". A little boy said:

Or maybe the ghost of the previous owner (she died in her sleep in the house).

We didn't move into this house until about 8 mo. after we bought it. We used it for a vacation getaway for those 8 months.
When we'd come up there'd be a box of mothballs on the window sill in the bedroom. My wife (GF at the time) would take them and put them in a cabinet downstairs or bring them back with us. Next visit, another box of mothballs in the bedroom. This happened 3-4 times until the ghost (or whatever) ran out of them or something.

Kinda reminds me of one our previous Presidents who's name escapes me called out to nation in one of his addresses and said : We must be politically correct and no longer call it or refer to it as"Mad Cow disease". It not right to affend anyone ! So his press secretary rose his hand and asked ? Then how shall we refer to it Mr President ? Answer was PMS !
