Moss when did the roads get renamed to fit that system. Western Indiana with state plane coordinate system was fun to work on. When they add a street do they have in fit alphabetical with adjacent streets.
I remember old exit system for highways in Florida with exit numbers being consecutive, new exits we're given letter in addition to number

Note the price of these things, nearly $700. The reason so many Mighty Mules are sold, you can buy 3 of them for that price. I have had one on my gate for 9 years. I had to replace the control card due to water getting inside (actually cheaper to just buy the whole thing). That is the only issue I have with MM gate openers, they are not fully waterproof and a really hard blowing rain will get inside which most time can be fixed by taking them apart and drying out without damage to the motherboard.
I keep a solar charger on the battery and so far only had to replace the battery once in 9 years. Most other gate openers require 110V and cost $1000+.


As for the OP problem, only a gate is going to solve that problem for cars. The problem with a MM gate opener with a swing gate is that they can be pried open enough to enter if a pedestrian is persistent, even my German Shepherd has figured out he can do this if we dont lock him in the house when we go next door to our neighbors. MM does sell a gate lock which my brother in law installed on his, but sometimes it wouldn't release and the MM would bend up his ornamental aluminum gate before it would stall. Enough pressure to make it open in the wind would bend it if the lock didn't release.
