Disposable gloves for disposable oil........

Did an oil and cooland change in a new to me Diesel generator yesterday. Old and new oil everywhere! My problem with gloves is that I only need them for brief moments, and taking them on and off does not seem to be an option. They get soaked with sweat almost immediately, and get turned inside out when taking them off, and since they are terrible greasy, it's impossible to re-use them. Or, they simply tear, when trying.

That's why I thought powder in gloves could make it easier to put on and off, just long enough not to get oil/grease on my hands when changing oil, when done I tear them off. Then darn it theres one more oily greasy thingy I have to do so put a new pair on when the first pair was still in great shape, but I dont want toxin from powder in my skin either, so a new pair it is.............

I just recently found a solution to the "sticker glove / sweaty hand" syndrome..... I used my little air nozzle tip just under the glove cuff, shoot a couple of blasts .... Blows the glove up like a balloon and my hand comes right out! (A few times blew it across the shop). I was doing a project where I was staining only a couple of pieces of wood, cutting the next pieces and staining, etc... I would have gone though a dozen pairs. After trying the air nozzle, only used one more pair.

I can actually use the air to help getting the "wet" gloves back on fairly easy. Give it a try!

Compressed air near skin is said to be terribly dangerous. I blow into gloves (not so nice when soaked in sweat) to get them back, right side out, but never thought to use air to take them off.

x2! I will peel the sweaty gloves off and lay them on my tool box to dry then blow in them by mouth to invert them for further use.

I found nitrate gloves are tougher than most other glove materials. I buy XL's which are just lose enough of fit, I can get off if I reverse, or peel them them off so I can get a few "reuses" out of them. My hands sweat and sweat lots, but strangely they seem to do less wearing with nitrate. Why would that be so?

Another vote for the HF gloves. I think I got the 5 mil ones. it seems they either tear putting them on or they are tough as iron.... and that is two different gloves in the same box.
