Also often overlooked is DRY rods.
While you can easily make a DIY rod oven they actually are available out there.

Recently I had some rods that simply would not perform so I 'borrowed' my wife's oven for a while and WOW, what a difference.

And below infrared is microwave radio Some may not know, but it is all just electromagnetic radiation. We just happen to have built in receivers for a very small part of that spectrum which we call visible light. Imagine if we had receivers for HF radio waves built into some kind of sensory organ. Who know,? maybe somewhere some species "sees" in radio waves. You would be able to see thru walls....

Interesting to ponder... I suppose robots are those species.

Just have an out of body experience. Some report seeing wiring and such inside walls as they go through.

Some people have implanted magnets in their bodies, generally hands or fingers. That gives you the ability to sense magnetic fields as well as ferrous metals. Not something I'd do, but interesting.

I am guessing you haven't seen the "predator" series of movies? Thru his visor he could "tune" it from below infrared to at least ultraviolet spectrum to "see" with. Some police departments (and CIA spooks to I suppose) have some devices to see people behind walls. Infrared game trackers are pretty prevalent to allow you to see downed game by their heat signature. Even when in very thick brush.
