Jim, you're a patient guy, and it sounds like your servicing dealer is really trying to resolve this. I agree with you on calling Kioti directly, and starting to turn up the heat, nicely. You said earlier that you have three years left on your warranty. This is ultimately Kioti Corporate's responsibility to fix. Kioti of course is entitled to an opportunity to do it. But that's not an unlimited opportunity, even if they are operating in good faith (as it sounds like they are). If they can't fix the problem after multiple efforts within a reasonable amount of time, they will be in breach of the warranty. You then will have other remedies. In the meantime, arranging for a loaner tractor is a reasonable thing to ask for, IMO.
