I remember a documentary about GMs first (Great) EV, was it the VOLT? Suddenly they realized, their Service Departments would be put out of business. Then they destroyed every last one of those great cars.

Lead acid batteries were used and weigh quite a bit, Pretty sure everything since the first Tesla roadster are Lithium Ion of some sort

Lots of Volts still out there. I still think an upsized Voltec system could have worked well for GM / Chevy trucks

I hope Ford pulls this rabbit out of the hat. Coming out with some EV's only to pull them off of the market was sad. Nissan has had its technology headaches but have keep rolling forward.

Starting with the Mustang makes sense since it has been a low volume market for years. It will be interesting when this 2021 will be in the show rooms.

It looks like going forward EV's will have a 300 mile range option which should help more mainstream sales. Our 100 mile range Nissan Leaf is cool but for a family with only car it was DOA.

Hope some folks like it, But...

I have to Agree.

Don't care for the front and I think the rear is worse. they took the Excellent looking tail lights of the Mustang and then grafted an upper and
Really ugly lower section.

Sometimes I think Pontiac being shut down was a blessing- at least it's muscle/pony car names will not (likely) suffer this fate.

Maybe the leaked pics are not the actual vehicle.
