Moving back to high tech the following info concerns me. I know the self driving part of EV's is very high tech and it is my guess Tesla will be free to implement their self driving mode technology on some roads in China before being permitted to do so in the USA but other than giving China a leg up in this field it may not be a bad thing. Quantum physics may open a lot of doors.

Where are these planes? Definitely highly classified if it exists. The sr71 blackbird holds the title of the fastest plane at 2,200 mph. 30 times is 23,000 mph. The fastest unclassified unmanned aircraft is rated at Mach 9.6.

It seems China is leading in the move to EV's but they do have $10K versions I have read. Perhaps Tesla built a factory there for a good reason. I read Telsa is cutting the price of the China built Model 3 already. The speed they built the new Tesla car factory is mind boggling.

China as been keen on Buick's for many years it seems and I never knew that fact. Some say we are second to China already. If we can get more affordable EV's they may be coming from China.

If more research solves everything . Why are 747’s not flying twice as fast on half the fuel ?

If reducing weight was not a vital method of improving fuel efficiency . Vehicle manufactures would not be making body panels and engines out of aluminum.
Have you considered the energy storage room or volume required by all those extra battery packs ? Only 250-700 watt hours per cubic litre .
I am keeping in mind how important the religion of green is to you and how important looking and sounding holy is to you . Thus the attempt to use facts and figures rather than feelings and emotions .

If a 5,000 pound EV can go 93 miles for the same $ energy as a 3300 pound ICE can go 30 miles, then only closed minds care about how much it weighs.
