Well I wanted to try a pasta so I am starting with something safe like spaghetti. The recipe that I had was not too clear so I used some logic and put
1 chicken stock in the bottom,
2 broke the spaghetti noodles in half and put them in next
3 put a couple of quarts of frozen tomatoes from my garden, supplemented with a jar of store spaghetti sauce from the pantry
4 added spices
4 mushed in the spices to the tomatoes, careful not to bring up noodles which need liquid
5 added hamburger pre cooked in my cast iron skillet
6 added onions, garlic and mushrooms precooked in the cast iron after the hamburger
7 mushed in the hamburger and onlions slightly into the sauce and spices
8 set cooker to high pressure and 8 minutes.
Cannot wait. I will mix mine with kimchi sauerkraut because I am weird that way. :licking:
