This is kind of funny yet sad in another way.
I was looking at Craigslist and saw an AD and said, hey that's my tractor!
Yep sure it, they added a lot of fake info of course but it is the photo I posted here in the review section for my MX5100.
Decided to look a little further then found a website overseas using the same exact photo - they make fiberglass parts and have my tractor on their site. Sort of representing they did it I guess. Also found on some 8 best Kubota paints website - no idea what that one is about. Found a few others also but that was the main ones...

Really could careless about the photo but hate seeing it used for a fraud. I figure if I post it the photo is out there and could care if someone uses it for a background, or some powerpoint or something but hate see it used for a fraud - that is just wrong

Earth moving machinery

Nice looking tractor.
Was the price......$4,903?

Do you think they would use the picure of a Kioti? I mean, I wonder if the fraudsters prefer using certain brands as bait?

Portugal? :confused::)
For real.

Long ago I asked to come try out an Ebay tractor that was claimed nearby - at an unreasonably low price. I got a quick reply that it was in Portugal now - subsequent to the Ebay listing - but it would be shipped promptly if I won the bid.

True story.

I didn't bid!!!

Interesting.

That got me thinking. A couple days ago, I was browsing through OLX (our Craigslist) and saw a ad for a Kubota MX5100 just like this one for 4000€. And I'm now thinking that was this exact photo!

Now keep in mind that we don't get the MX series in Europe, even the L series are quite different from the US ones. So I was instantly suspicious by looking at the price and at the model of the tractor. I reported it as scam and can't find it anymore.

I've also seen similar ads for JD compact tractors that we don't even have here. Heck, JD doesn't even sell compact tractors in Europe. Smallest tractor is the 5E series made in India.

It must be some sort of bot posting random ads in all sorts of selling websites.
