CK3510SE vs RK37

Sorry I forgot to mention both are hydrostatic versions. I was very comfortable operating both machines. I think I liked the RK loader slightly better. It just felt a little smoother. The RK specs are also just a little above the Kioti I believe but not much.

As far as service and being around in the future there's no guarantee any company will be around forever. I think RK has invested a lot into their program so I don't see it going away for the near future anyways. And the local RK store seems like they'd definitely be able to take care of me after the sale. But Kioti is definitely much more established, and I do feel the Kioti dealer would be able to provide better after the sale support if its ever needed.

Your answer to me seems short!
Received an answer from a friend that was worded similarly when he was looking and still undecided. My advice was to go look at them all again and spend more time with each one. He did and started to notice differences that he hadn稚 the first time around.
In all I think he went to his final two choices to look 4 times and actually test drove his final choice once more before doing the paperwork.
As I told him the choice is yours not mine, and pointed out that we have never owned the same brand or model car, truck, motorcycle or boat our homes are different and we like different women. Some options might be the same or similar but there is enough difference that we wouldn稚 be completely happy with the others choice.
My advice is at the least take an other look and take your time when you do.

I believe rural king will be around for a long time , whether they are still selling tractors or not. who knows.I do know the local store here is crazy busy from open till close every day.

Update on my story. I had the dealer change to a box blade vs the rear blade. So that changed my quote.

Once my final quote came back they said they have to do the finance fees as interest to the loan instead of a true 0%

Is this the normal way of operating a tractor dealership? I understand paying a little for the fees but it just seems scamming to throw it in as an interest charge instead if just a fee.

I'm surprised how close the price is to a Kubota. I keep hearing how people buy the Korean brands because of the thousands of dollars saved.

My L3301 HST with loader was $21,800 new.

My dealer nearby had 3510 HST Kiotis for $18-19k. Shop around more!

Was that the SE version though? I'm sure the dealer I'm working with can get really close to that on the standard 3510hst.

I'd feel better about Kioti being around in 20 years than I would Rural King.

I saw my first RK tractor at an RK store a few weeks ago. Nice, shiny machines. Beautiful red color too. Once you get past that the question is who makes them, who stands behind them, where do you get parts or maintenance, and is the store manager your dealer? What if you need advice on the machine and he's out selling barbed wire? I personally would go for the Kioti where they only sell tractors.

I was quoted $26,100 cash price for a CK4010SE with loader, 5 foot box, 5 foot rotary cutter, loaded tires, 20 ft trailer, and tie down chains, binders and straps. If financed would add the current cash incentive back on for $27,800.

Compare apples to apples, a bare bones tractor for the same money as a premium one?

Good point, i think you're right. But the SE is only a handful of basic features, right? What does it add, $1-2k of options?
