Warranty issue dispute with Kubota - Advice anyone

Depends on the shop, the shop I frequent has a lady who is one of the mechanics, depending on the day she is also sometimes running the office (small family run shop).

Anyone who cooks would probably know something's not right if they see steam coming out from somewhere it shouldn't, or if the stove smells unusually hot ...

OK, how 'bout an actuator on the rad cap ... engine won't crank until the cap has been removed (to check fluid) and replaced.
