Warranty issue dispute with Kubota - Advice anyone

Give a warranty exception for "wife and daughters" not having much experience using a tractor.....sounds a tad 'sexist' to me. Are all 'husbands and sons' mechanically gifted? The engine seized at least twice and 'he' chose to ignore it, and operate the engine at full RPM until it seized again, and again.

I'm not mechanically gifted but I tend to do all the maintenance on cars and tractor and my wife cooks. How many women you see working in an auto mechanic shop?

Depends on the shop, the shop I frequent has a lady who is one of the mechanics, depending on the day she is also sometimes running the office (small family run shop).

OK, how 'bout an actuator on the rad cap ... engine won't crank until the cap has been removed (to check fluid) and replaced.
