In Arbitration I would allow a lot of leeway during oral testimony... as long as it was respectful and not simply repeating.

My rational is this was each party's opportunity to make their case and I didn't want anyone to leave feeling they did not have the opportunity.

As my cases were not stacked... I did have the luxury timewise...

Plus it is provided a forum for getting it off your chest and the exchange of ideas.

I just started #8... I think I have started 3 of the series. Just don't understand why some don't have the discipline to take their politics to the appropriate venues which are easily accessed. :confused3:

You do understand, being probably more intelligent than most members, that there is a reason this virus is running amuck in the US ? And I am sure with just a small step you can figure out why there are no masks, no ventilator's, and no game plan. When you see smoke, look for the fire, then you can put it out successfully...
