At the beginning of the virus panic people were buying freezers like crazy.
Have seen more people buying seeds than in previous years.
The chicks seem to be leaving TSC faster.
Like others I think once the reality of gardening and raising chickens sets in it will probably be their last time. Some things ya dont learn overnight.
I usually rotate out my laying hens every two years, although for the last couple of years I've had a fox vixen accelerating that.
This year I am going to wait until fall... I suspect that the novelty will wear off with a lot of people when they realize that they need to keep the water from freezing, and that hens still need feed even when they aren't laying well during our short winter days.
