My L6060 which was delivered a couple of weeks ago escaped it, which was great news. I wasn’t looking forward to having my brand new tractor split by the dealer, and being without it for the busy spring season.

Thank you for providing the details, I called Kubota before seeing that you had listed the serial numbers affected, and they concurred that there no open issues on my machine.

Yep, got our letter yesterday. Called selling dealer, they had no idea or proposed fix. Completely shocked by this, not something I expected from a 2 month old machine.

Thank you for submitting the list.
It looks like they must have found some locktite to use on my L47. My ser number falls in-between the two runs @ 521xx.
Odd that there is a break in the numbers like that.

No MX6000's. Odd that a run on the 5800's is present.

My 2016 L4060 has a serial number starting with 42, well before that serial number range.

Thanks for posting the info.

****, I just went out to my L6060 and my serial number is recalled. What a massive disappointment. All for a potential loose bolt? If it does take 40 hours for a skilled tech to repair this issue, would it better to just not do anything until there is an actual problem. I can't stomach the thought of dismantling the whole tractor and then reassembling. That will inevitably lead to many other problems as a result of them tearing the tractor in half and trying to piece it back together. My dealer had to swap out my hood when I bought it because there was a small dent on it. This resulted in 3 small issues because they never put the replacement hood on properly. I'm a big believer in "not breaking the factory seal." This violates that in the worst way.

I can't believe this got by the" Passed by Chief Inspector" fella who put that nice red sticker on my tractor.
