Tmod, welcome to the forum. I read your blog on your website. When you write that Kioti says this condition is normal, or that they designed it that way, I'm curious who you spoke with? Was it someone at a dealership? A technician at Kioti U.S. in Wendell? A regional tech support rep? I certainly would not accept that this is "normal" for a brand new CK3510SE HST. And it is nuts that a new owner would have to modify the hydraulics with a flow control valve in order to achieve proper balance in the circuit!
Is Kioti corporate actually saying that air is entering the curl/dump cylinders as you dump because the pump can't keep up? If so, is it because air is leaking past the gland seals every time you dump? Seems to me that this is a covered warranty issue, and that there's got to be more to this story. :scratchchin: You are certainly entitled to more than a DIY workaround mod that might conceivably even jeopardize your warranty coverage later on. JMO
As I mentioned earlier in the thread, I have a 2018 CK3510SE HST, as does one of my neighbors. Both tractors have the same KL4030 loader that's on yours. I am unable to replicate the condition you describe on either tractor. No slop in the dump/curl function, either at the cylinders or the wrist pins. No slop or loss of position when back-dragging with the bucket or a grapple.

And that is what I tried to explain to Kioti is others don't have the issue so if it was designed that way how can mine function like it does as well as several others I have talked to but yet 60% of the owners don't have this issue. I talked to three techs at Kioti Wendell and my dealer and another dealer in Oregon.
There is quite a bit of slop in the arms and pins on the loader as well, This is on a new 2019 CK3510 and I know they changed the lift control valve for the 3ph and who knows what they did with the loader hydraulics.
Very disappointed with Kioti in regards to the bucket issue and the extremely jerky 3ph. They just say normal as designed so that leaves me no recourse.
Below you will read actual replies from Kioti and they are saying all the tractors do it I just never noticed it, BS reply but if Kioti states it is normal even though we know it is not it sort of ties one hands for a resolution.
What I sent in first,

So my question would be why did the 3 point not jump when it was new but now with 20 hours it jumps?
Had issues day one with not being able to back drag as the bucket will roll flat.
At this point in time I am very dissatisfied with the tractors performance and feel like I wasted 30K on something that does not perform the way it should."

"Thank you for your email. The valve on your 3-point is either open or close. You have to revat high RPM raise up then lower. To eliminate the cavitation tilt the bucket down until it stops this will get the air out of the cylinder.

"Hi,
I can raise the rpm to 2600 rpm and roll the bucket down and then back up a little bit and it will cavitate and still have air in it, Basically even at high rpm it will cavitate after fully rolling the bucket up and down.
If the 3 point valve is either opened or closed why did it not judder when it was new? Seems like a contradiction that it is normal if I had no judder when new and now I do. Normal doesn't work that way."

Is anyone still having issues with the airpockets in the FEL of the CK3510SE? I bought a brand new 2020 CK3510SE and it is doing this exact thing. I find it completely unacceptable to work around it by going full up and full down every time I want to back drag. The time wasted and frustration to go through this cycle everytime is beyond me. Come winter I would be fighting that all winter? I'm all set. I got 4 hours on the tractor and it is at the dealer to find a solution. I refuse to spend well over 30k for a tractor package and do work arounds for something that should not be there to begin with. I will update if anything comes out of it but worse comes to worse I am giving the tractor back and will get into something else. I struggled to select Kioti to begin with and wanted tonstick with a Mahindra which I had before but was looking to go bigger and prices were a but out of reach. Thought I would give Kioti a try and so far it is nothing but regret. Hoping a solution is found that is not a work around.
If it get's returned from the dealer with the same issue or they say it is normal as they told me then let me know and I may be able to help you out.
Thanks. Apparently Kioti has acknowledged the issue with some tractors and is working on a fix for new tractors and a fix for those tractors that have the problem. I don't have details other than that. I am hoping to get some sort of timeline. Working on a fix is a way of saying tough luck so I am not sure how honest of a reply it was.
Yeah well I was told by my dealer they had a fix for it and sent the tractor in for the update and got it back and the bucket would dump whether you gave it left or right stick. Ended up having to undo what the dealer did myself.
Kioti has had a issue with o-rings blowing under the seat on the hydraulics and it has taken them over 2 years to figure out they needed to change the bolt. Not confidence inspiring.

I've had no issues with mine, purchased last fall - has 69hrs on it, last week received 18 yds. of stone and 18 yds. of loam, moved / spread / back dragged - no issues, the three point may bounce a little when first used but smooths out - I believe mine ended up being a 20 as it had to be shipped to the dealer - it has the new lettered seat. Know a couple of others with CK's they are not having issues - will be following the thread.........
