It's not temp drop. He's got a leak. Assuming he didn't splice any of his runs, which I hope he didn't, the leak will be at the manifolds.

Edit: when operational you'll only run about 15psi.

Possible but this would mean about a 50degF temperature drop.
I found the formula that pertains to your statement:

UpCodes: Unsupported Browser

So yes a 50°F temperature drop would be required. And that could have happened if Fatjay started his pressure test in sunlight when the pex piping was absorbing infared heat and the test finished in the evening when the piping dropped to ambient temperature.

Pressure test was at 1pm at 42psi, 8pm at 38psi, 8am 37psi, and 8pm today it was 35psi. The temperature has been all over hte place, plus sun/clouds. Yesterday ti was sunny and 80, today overcast and 65F. I may have a leak, but I'm fairly sure it's in the manifold if I do.

I cleaned up my existing garage today because I need to get my bobcat in there to fix. Every time I do this, I think there's no way. But every time I manage to do it.

Existing Garage/shop... much improvement but it will be a mess in a couple days again. The good news... you can forget those cramped days soon! Again, good luck with the pour.

Are you squirting soapy water over the manifold?

While that is the likely place for the leak to be, I would not assume that's where it's at until I found the leak.

Could you fill it with contrasting food colored water (like green), pressurize it, and look for the leak?

There's good stuff in your garage. Have you settled in on a likely cause of your skid steeer problem?

Miter saw is in the back behind the drill press on the ground. Almost everything that was in the garage is still in the garage. The only thing that came out were a couple empty boxes. I do this every couple weeks as it evolves into an unmanageable mess.

Haven't had time to do with it and I gave up on speculation, I'm just going to take it apart and see what is happening.
