I'm thinking Muhammad pulled the plug. He was getting complaints from his advertisers about cussing. So they were threatening to back out.

What is the source of that info? Perhaps "down" is just a technical problem? :confused3:

He had posted a thread on TNT about his advitisers putting the site on probation due to foul language, and said if folks didn't knock it off he would shut the site down.

So my money would be on the site being shut down.

You'll find the TNT sub forum almost at the bottom of the sub forums start page. It requires a separate registration and new screen name if you so desire. I don't use my screen name on here, I use a different one. I've been a member here form almost the beginning so I decided (voluntarily) on my part to use a different one. Mine (5030) no longer represents me. I sold the Kubota 5030 in 2004 but the screen name stays. Don't believe I can change it at this juncture.

I dont know where you came up with that. But then I'm not tech savvy anyway. This is what I see.

However, it mostly gravitates to politics and then to bickering and insinuation. Not much sports related and what is sports related also reduces to bickering.

I must say that it's appalling just how much bickering there is. For some reason etiquette takes a backseat to outright nasty comments.

If you cannot say something nice or constructive or debate in an adult manner, keep your mouth (keyboard) shut.

Either way, if they bring it back they are gonna need to do some serious spanking. The amount of arguing and bickering was insane. Most of the threads were ruined by that. I honestly couldn't see how an advertiser or sponsor would stick around. It was nuts.

Thank you I missed that ...and thank you 5030 and rswyan but where do I find subforums? I can’t see it anywhere on the TBN home page. Is it because I’m not using a desktop? Am I looking right at it???

You could get to the site by clicking on the oxymoron "Friendly Politics" link which was 2 steps below this one. I believe that would lead to a prompt where you could actually sign up. Now you just get a 503 error.

You can get a sample of the same back biting and chest beating though, simply by reading this thread.

I t must be the same people that don't want to see America Great Again, that burn other peoples business or churches, and have only a four letter vocabulary. I never went to TNT, but used to enjoy some of the chatter on TBN (the covavirus discussions) before that was moved to TNT.
