You could type them into 'Google Translate' and hope for the best.

(How you would type them in is beyond me, though.)

Do you want all of them translated or just the two yellow ones in the center?

Winston, I did a translate google search and several phone/tablet apps came up that would use the phone’s camera to scan text into the app for translation. May be worth a try. The first 2 characters seem the same, so the lights may be related, blinkers come to mind, but usually those are green lights.
Good luck.

Each time I scan it Google translate says something different
The results are
'upper limit' and 'lift'.
"Turning Up' and 'back rise'.

'advancement limit' and 'back rise'
'slowing rising 'back rising min'
'Swing rise' 'Back rise'
"Upper limit' and 'lift'
'Upper bound' and 'lift'
'times rise' and 'lift'.
'upper bound' and 'lift'

And then something about a 'university couch'. Not an exact science I guess.

Winston, have your turn signals been acting up?
It's just a guess, but those lights could be some sort of maintenance reminder.

A rough translation might be, "If you can rise your back side up off the couch, it's time to check the upper limits on the blinkers....."

And don't forget to pack them well with grease.

The thing with 'Chinese' characters is that it's not an alphabet, it's more a generic symbol for a word/concept that is used amongst several spoken languages.

It's like using an "@" symbol for the 'concept' of "Wednesday". English speakers would, therefore, see "@" as "Wednesday" whereas French speakers would see "@" as "Mercredi" and Germans would see "@" as "Mittwoch".
