Force This Site to Show Full SIte not Mobile on Phone

I guess I messed up clearing the cache on my Android chrome browser.

I have been able to enter the site and see the desktop version for some time. Now that I cleared the cookies it will only enter in mobile mode and it's completely blocked by ads. Close one and another takes it's place.

Now when I open on the phone I have to use the three dot menu and select the full site option EVERY TIME.
