West Coast Smoke, UGH!

Last night the smoke blew in and we can't even see the lake which is 1 mile away as the crow flies.

We live in Northern San Diego county and the closest fire to us is about 60 miles but the smoke cover for the past week has cut our solar production between 10 to 25 KWH per day and we get a light coating of ash every day.

This morning things haven't improved. I can just barely see across my little lake to the tall cliffs - 1000 feet.

This morning about 9. It was worse earlier. Looking SW toward Portland, OR, about 25 miles away.

Washington and Oregon smoke has inundated us today, and man does it stink. Visibility less than 100 feet. Just plane nasty.

His thought was, with the virus and now this off the charts early fire, maybe Mother Nature has had enough?
