Moving MossFlower to new Woods...

Oh, there are a lot more. Those were the easy peasy ones.
Mossflower. I hope it all works out as planned.
We are in an older home and often thought of moving to a smaller block and nicer house, but here we get no traffic noise, we have excellent neighbours with like minds, we have our own really good water supply which is a huge bonus here. We never get frosts or snow, We have great shopping facilities in our local town that only has 2 sets of traffic lights, and we can go to the larger city if necessary but we avoid that if we can. Local Hospital, good doctors who really look after you and believe in quality of life.
We will spend some money on the house eventually (and a new shed for me and one for Lesley :) ) We have no intention of ever going into a nursing home as nurses can come to you if needed.
If you have half what we have you will be happy. :)
Best wishes for a very happy future in your new surrounds.

I got 5 out of 10 on the slang quiz. :D

9 out of 10. Not bad for a kid from Illinois. In fairness, though, I worked for awhile with an Aussie drummer.

Murphy1244,

It does have good bones indeed. The biggest issue right off the top seems to be the bathrooms are TINY... 1973 era, but the size of bathrooms reminds me of the 1930's one tiny bathroom homes...

Thanks,
David

I think I remember when that property came up for sale, was a few years ago right? I was looking at it but out of my price range.

Yeah my friend bought this 3-4 years ago, but I cannot see what it sold for. Maybe on Zillow???

There is a fresh listing for 11 Robeli Way that is one of the Spec Home lots not yet sold, and it is listed over $600,000 for house on 1.5 acres...

I'm not paying anything close to that... WOOT!!!
