Hey Raines, everybody got different needs, but if the money is tight, you may do ok with cheaper options. For instance, I was originally wanting a grapple, but I end up doing ok enough with forks, at least ok enough to not being able to justify the cost of a grapple with also having to install a diverter valve. And I'll also say that if I had a set of ssqi forks, I'd be using them a hella lot more, coz bolt-on forks are a pain in the arse. I think that's in the future for me.
A tiller, yeh that's nice, but depends on what you're doing there, you could do ok with just a ratchet rake. I use the crap outta mine, not just for tearing brush but also leveling and prepping for grass. I do some of that here (skip to the 7:00 mark):
I'm planning on fabbing up a snow blade this year out of my old craftsman snow/dozer blade, but so far I use a snow edge on my bucket, it works really good.
