This is shaping up to be an odd year...

The garden is having a second bloom this year... Rhododendron, Azaleas, etc... typically this doesn't happen here.

Everything seemed to perk up shortly after the blanket of ash... plus the weather has been generally warm.

That's the Creek Fire. It's 61% contained as of this morning.
