Had me a little incident today. Was driving my M135X with loader/bale spear briskly down one of our backroads at 25MPH (speed limit 35). My 4 ways were on and my rotary beacon was on. Look in side view mirror and here comes this jack wagon in his stripped 4x2 chevy 1500 pickup and gets 2' from my ag tires on the back. Looked like some union plasterer type duface. He tailgated me for about 1/2 mile screaming curse words at me while his cigarette bobbed up and down in his big mouth.
Just a few hundred feet short of the farm destination, I put my left turn signal on to make a left into the upcoming driveway.
Now the guy is ready to have a brain seizure because, God forbid, I dropped from 16th gear to 15th gear and down to 20MPH for about the last 100 feet.
Heres where it gets good: Rather than allow me to make my left, he attempts to PASS me on the left. He slammed on his brakes once he saw a 3' hardened steel bale spear about to push into his tin can passenger door. I made my turn into the driveway and he rolled down his window in obviously embarrassed and began screaming F*+@*&$ nonsense at me. I signaled him to follow me into the driveway so I could put one of my size 11 steep tip boots up his fat keester. I wonder if he knew he was on one of the property cameras the whole time????
I wish city people like this big mouth tool bag would just leave us country rubes and rubettes alone.

I've got to ask, how does a union plasterer type duface look any different from a non union plasterer type duface?:D

If he was union, wouldn't that be spelled Dueface?

No incidents for me this year in the tractor. Must be the Covid thing keeping jackwagons off the asphalt.

Had a good one last year with the round baler on a 2 lane. Was tooling along with my flashers on and signaled for a left into an intersecting road (was on my way back to the farm) and I glance in my left mirror and there is a tri-axle rolloff about to pass me on the left. I got it back in the lane straightened out and about crapped my pants. Way too close for comfort and I don't want to tangle with a big truck anyway.

He was well on the berm too. So, not just 4 wheelers are idiots, truck drivers as well. Must have been in a hurry to get back to the yard. Another Dueface no doubt.

I have had people honk at me to get going at a light and I calmly got out went back and said "what's up" as if thinking they wanted my attention.

Practice does not make one better, but good practice makes one better (apologies to the football coach). One reason to wear a helmet when you're riding on a motorized vehicle other than a car no matter what you're doing...
