Plywood is in very short supply.... many boarding up waited to close to election day to buy...

Security tightened and plywood needed.

Not trying to go political here. Just can't help but say, what does the election have to do with plywood in California? Never heard that before.

Retailers across the country are stepping up security measures to try to head off any damages.

Plywood is a commodity in demand... coming home afterwork saw lots of merchants taking precautionary measures.
