Our dehydrator is an old American Harvest Snackmaster. It came with 4 trays, but I've added 4 more over the years. It's well over 25 years old, as we bought it shortly after we got married. They don't make it anymore, but they make similar ones that I imagine work just as well or better.
I did 5 kinds of hot peppers in it a couple months ago and just got around to grinding them up last week in the food processor.
Thai hot, Hungarian Yellow Wax, Anaheim, Cayenne and Jalapeño.

That gave me a nice bowl of colors and bag of goodies.

I used the food processor to grind them up and basically made weaponized chili death powder. COVID mask came in handy when transferring from processor to canning jar, outside the house, and I still got choked out.... good stuff! :laughing:
