Ok, but we have to make it quick, before he gets his water pump changed.

That's about the only chance I'll have of beating him.

Well the water pump is on order, next day shipped,
maybe tomorrow or Monday.
Boy are they ever proud of it, $460 not sure if that includes shipping or not.
Put the blower on the 50 year old IH 574 today after getting the chains on her.

Picked that up this fall, it's a 4 person golf cart cover.
The 574 is an English skid unit that had a 4 post canopy on it got that inexpensive cart cover just to keep the snow off the seat in case I needed her this winter.
Certainly didn't expect it to be used on a snow blower.:thumbsup:
But it sure did help :drink:

Looks great! Old iron is hard to beat! I am glad your pump is on the way even if it cost 4 times too much! Hopefully it will not be bad to replace.

That's for sure had to put one in the CIH 7120 Magnum last year on the farm 150 horse tractor and the pump was under $100 and the tractor had several thousand (6 or 8) hours on it.

What cover did you use? It looks good in a pinch for the occasional serious snowstorms.

I got it from National Covers,
Greenline 2 passenger/ 4 passenger 68" long x 48" wide
I put it on a month or so ago just to keep the seating area dry.

Lou, I was wondering if you got a chance to replace your water pump yet? I would love to see pictures of the failed one and hear what your thoughts are if you don't mind.

Also was the new one gold plated or just over priced?
