One of the vaccines is really finicky as to how it's stored and used. My wife has reservations about that one.

Then main issue is if it's gonna actually be handled and administered correctly. That vaccine has also had a high number of severe reactions.

What is that "high number" of "severe reactions", exactly ?

My wifes theory is that it's not being handled and administered correctly and that is causing the reactions.

The Moderna vaccine has had less adverse side effects as well as easier to handle. So there is a higher chance that it is administered correctly.

I would opt out if I was offered the physer vaccine for the reasoning above.

I wouldn't have an issue taking the Moderna vaccine.

Thanks.

How many think the government/authorities tell the public EVERYTHING they think they have the right to know?

It’s been one week since I was confirmed to have covid. To date, my only symptoms are no smell or taste. I think I might be getting out of this pretty easy. My wife and daughter are not showing any signs they have it, and I have been staying in our camp trailer for the last 8 days which might keep them from getting it (at least from me).

Clearly,......distancing is the MOST effective method..... by far!(pun intended)

Heck, I have been social distancing since 911. I stay away from and don't get in crowds. Reminds me of waiting in line at Astroworld back in the late 60s. Dad said he didn't like lines. Said everywhere in the military he went, they were standing in lines.

Dozens of my co-workers have been infected with covid, and to the best of my knowledge, non have been hospitalized. A few have had symptoms that are not flu like, but for the most part, they have compared it to the flu. One had an issue with blood clots.

Many of the inmates have had it as well, and non have been hospitalized because of it.

We have been offered the vaccine, as we are at higher risk than the public around us, and many of us are opting not to receive it, at least at this time.

I personally know only one person that has had covid. She is a TDC (Texas Department of Corrections) guard. Got it from the inmates.

I joined the covid + club yesterday. So did my son, same day. We had a family dinner (11 folks) on Christmas Eve and my son-in-law was the cook. My SIL tested + on Dec. 26 and must have unknowingly shared it, and he felt terrible about it. My wife just informed me that her sense of taste is gone. Can you say super-spreader? Fortunately, my SIL has already recovered and my son and I are on-the-mend. All symptoms have been mild, so far. None of the 4 grand children have shown symptoms.

Sorry to hear that and prayers for Y'all. Does you SIL have any idea where he caught it?
hugs, Brandi
