Today some said Ginger or Maryanne and few grasped the context...

I'm 70 and I rarely watched tv until about 15 years ago, so a lot of references to 70s-thru-90s shows go over my head. I may have watched an episode or 2 of some of the heavily hyped shows, but almost never saw any that made me want to watch more.
Even as kids we didn't watch much tv...only channel that came in very well was ABC, so if it wasn't on ABC I probably didn't see it unless it was at a friend's house.
Even now there are only a handful of shows we watch with any regularity.

Thx for that! I think my hound dog mix Rufus is related to duke. My boarder collie mix Ranger just passed, my hound mix is a very different animal.

Like going from a meth addict to an opioid addict.
