It means doing what I want to do and not what "a" boss wants you to do. I loved aviation, but too much of a good thing is bad. If I don't get out and do what I like at least a few hours a day, I feel down. Even with my daughter and Grand daughter visiting, I tell them I have to go out and sweat a few hours. Other people just go to a gym.

It is my therapy, it is just like others going on a cruise or laying on a beach. Work refreshes me and for me...............I relish it. I have a busy mind. I can't be idle without thinking of projects. I got it from my Dad. Mom said he would move boards from one side of the fence to the other, just to have something to do. It is in my blood. His Dad was a farmer and taught him good work ethics. My other grandpa, Grandpa Blow, was a machinist for Southern Pacific. I inherited his desire to make things and Grandpa Williams work ethic. Keeping busy is in my blood.

Deep down, I know I learned alot from Grandpa Blow getting cataracts removed. Before that, he had 3 acres, half in garden and half in a beautiful yard. His eye doctor told him to rest and not do anything. As I grew up, I saw my grandpa sit all day and waste away. But Grandpa Williams lived his last 5 years on the farm alone. He died at 92, after a long and busy life. Only time I saw his sitting for any length of time was when he was playing 42. I still remember that twinkle in his blue eyes when he would bid 42 with only two trumps.
