Yesterday I was 350 miles into a 450 mile trip when somebody pulled out in front of me, causing me to brake briefly while he got up to speed. There were cars lined up as far as the eye could see in both directions so his other choice was to wait however long it took for the road to clear. I tend to leave a wide gap in that type of traffic anyways in case somebody needs to get out...Yet I've ridden with people who would be blowing the horn, flashing their lights, riding the guy's bumper and giving one finger waves.
Maybe something's wrong with me but I would not want to be involved in a fatal accident whether it's my fault or not. People make mistakes, I strive to allow for that. Not everybody is the same. I know a former truck driver who was just pulling off the shoulder into the southbound lane when a northbound drunk crossed the center line and half of his lane, killing herself against his bumper. There was nothing he could do but watch... that was the last time that he ever drove a truck.
Another trucker was overloaded when a log on his trailer hit a bridge abutment and came off, killing a woman in the car behind him. He still drives, and still hauls loads which are way over the limit. It takes all kinds...
