The power in Northumberland Pa is produced from a mixture of Nuclear, Natural Gas, Hydroelectric, Coal and Solar. Talon Energy is the producer and Pa Power and Light (PPL) is the distributor. The coal burning burning power plant is located in Washingtonville PA. about 20 miles away. Due to the scrubbers and other controls put in place in 2008 the Montour plant is one of the cleanest burning plants in the nation.
When the forge is hammering it can be heard blocks away.

That video was cool to watch, I love it! And nice to see where Hopkins lures come from -- I have caught many fish on them (and lost quite a few lures too).

It was a fun video to watch and brought back some old memories. I worked in a setting similar to that for a few months.

If you take all them loud, hot machines and fill up a building that is about 300 foot wide and 600 feet long, it gets REALLY loud and warm.
I considered my self lucky only working in it a few months. A lot of guys worked in that building 30 years or more.
