Just ordered a 48" Land Shark rake for my soon to be MF GC1725MB - my phone rang within minutes of clicking to place it - it was Rick making sure I was aware of the 12 week wait and that there would be an out of area shipping charge and was I good with that.
Seriously, I've been in customer service and getting a call like that from the people that are doing the fabrication is AWESOME!!!

I cannot wait to get it dirty moving my "rock farm" around!!
