Did the Covid shot make you cranky?

My Son opted for the J&J Friday the 30th and for 24hrs was headachy and feverish, bounced back by Sunday. I reminded him that the vaccine(s) works by alerting/boosting one's immune system. Just like when dealing with a cold, flu, or fever hydration is critical for this to tax the body the least in other ways. (nutrition, appetite) I suggest not proving one's self vs taking whatever time is needed to get back to being enthusiastically 'all of that'.

btw, Christian Bible teaches that one's body is a temple of/unto the Lord. Good stewardship of it as such if not for longevity is a personal choice. We're all different genetically and biologically, so let's remember to respect those we may disagree with about the decisions we make. IMO we'll get to 'herd immunity' soon enough and everyone can move on.

I'm sorry you're having so much trouble. I wonder if a full blown case would have been as bad or "gulp", much worse.

Got my second shot yesterday once again just sore arm.
