If I fill mine like the picture in post 18056 I get a solid 1/2 of a full cord - so 64 cubic feet - after I stack it in the shed. My tractor manual says 3000 lbs for a trailer. It handles it with ease even on steep trails. But, with the loader and loaded tires my tractor weighs 5000 lbs so it is heavier than a B series. And if I go on steep terrain I run chains. Here is a pic of one of my hills and the bottom of the trailer.

That looks like a spruce and two fir? How long were they? The picture may be deceivng, but it looks like a couple of long bodied trees there. Nice hitch! 👍

I see an old guy down near here with a farm-all “a” I think it is. I bet he has a cord on his wagon. School bus tires. 4 foot wood, piled 4 feet high, trailer is 8 feet long plus the tongue. Good trail I suppose.

His property is tidy. Old equipment is painted and oiled. Very nice. He’s up in his 80s I’ve been told.

You made a good point. I should check the manual for the trailer limit. In my case I have a Norse 250 that isn't as heavy as your Farmi, but it will pull quite a bit. I keep my twitches short and I run the winch on this larger tractor. The frame of my trailer looks very similar if not identical. Do you have a picture of the other side of that hydraulic cylinder? I think mine has an issue with a pressure release valve located on the other side.

That's what got him in shape years ago, and it's what keeps him going.

I was looking at your picture before and thought that the King Kutter was the same as the Pronovost too. Mine has a dual acting cylinder run off the tractor hydraulics instead of a pump like yours. I have no relief valve on the cylinder that I know of.

That pic was from 2012 so I don't remember. I do have some tall S/F. I was just trying to show him what I call fairly steep and don't have many hill picks because I don't like stopping and getting off the tractor on a hill that much.

Clearing trees for someone that wanted a better view of their lake. Branson 4520r and KRPAN 3.5e winch.
Was also splitting and stacking 20 cord for them too.
The splitter is a DR k22 kinetic splitter. Very fast. Had some issues with the motor (they replaced) and some factory settings but it’s working well now.
