you can buy a knock off jersey from china for around $18. Any version you want. I saw one and held it in my hands. Identical, as far as i could tell.I have 2 first cousins who lived outside of Pittsburgh all their lives and were hardcore steelers fans.
Funny thing is both retired outside of Tampa in the same developement.
Their neice (my second cousin) is also outside of Tampa. Apparently they were giving out free Jerseys at the game on the 14th?
Out of curiosity, I had to look...A Tom Brady Tampa Bay buc jersey for $120(who buys these?
)
My eagles sweatshirt was given to me as a christmas present years ago (had it on for their superbowl game lol) and I litterally picked up a nice new "NFL" eagles hat on the road driving back home (wasn't going to pass that up), but I don't think I could ever justify spending that kind of money for idolizing a team or player.
Agree. My days of financially supporting the NFL are over. Same goes for the “Swoosh”.you can buy a knock off jersey from china for around $18. Any version you want. I saw one and held it in my hands. Identical, as far as i could tell.
I wouldn't do it but, i wouldn't buy a legit jersey anyway unless it was of a relative etc.
The irony is my only view of supporting the NFL is by actually going to a game and paying overpriced money on hot dogs and drinks if need be.Agree. My days of financially supporting the NFL are over. Same goes for the “Swoosh”.
i think if even if you take away ticket sales and consumer goods, tv would still be plenty.Realize it or not...if you buy any product from any company that buys advertising from TV networks airing pro sports..you are supporting said pro sports...!
The fans/consumers actually hold the purse strings on all pro sports...if there were no ticket sales and there was no consumer sponsorship support...there would be no money to pay such huge paydays for pro athletes etc...
Nah, not really. While I HAVE attended many Eagles games and YES, the Super Bowl parade, BUT it was prior to all the kneeling and anti-America stuff became prevalentThe irony is my only view of supporting the NFL is by actually going to a game and paying overpriced money on hot dogs and drinks if need be.
Don't know the game, but it was philly, and I just wanted to leave at the end of the 3rd quarter because I didn't want to deal with the traffic and crowds at the end of the game LMAO.
For the most part, gives me sometning that I like to watch on Sunday's.
If they did away with pro sports all together, I wouldn't miss is on the weekends just for something to watch.
Ironcially enough, apparently you DID attend the philly superbowl parade. We are all hypocrites to some extent
No different than what people do or feel during the playing of the national anthem![]()
The guy who made the news started doing it in 2016.Nah, not really. While I HAVE attended many Eagles games and YES, the Super Bowl parade, BUT it was prior to all the kneeling and anti-America stuff became prevalent
