When I design the base to install an electric 12K lbs.winch between my hood and front bumper, (moving it a few inches), I leave enough clearance (1/2") to raise and lower the FEL, but I also design to weld a 4" x 20" x 3/4" reinforcement plate under the tractor frame, just in case to avoid this kind of fractures.
By the way, I'm not planning to use the winch full force at the front like I will when it"s installed at the draw bar to pull tree trunks.

That's not very informed...Tractors ARE made to have loaders...They have been on them from day 1. One of the most popular attachments ever used on a farm or CUT. Maybe you better research the use of loaders on tractors. Of course any tractor can and will break in half if abused. I have seen at least six tractors that have either broken at the bell housing or the front axle mounting area...Bell housing being the more common among certain brands....in fact many tractors NEVER had a frame at all. NONE.
NOT from day 1, not even year 1.
It was several years before loader debuted on farm tractors.

which literally means nothing, vehicles didn't have air conditioning when they first came out, then they were DESIGNED to have it.

If it comes from the dealer with a loader with the name of the tractor on it, its designed for it. do they bolt in? or have to be welded/ drilled in? they bolt in, thus designed for it. no different then installing a hitch on a vehicle that gets bolted in, why do you think the holes are there? because they are designed to be for a hitch.

I can't remotely believe this is even a question. If a dealer sells an attachment straight out of their factory book, then its obviously designed for it, how is this any different, then a radio made by DENSO in a car? because its not made directly by chevy/gm etc, then its not designed for it? this thought process is ridiculous.

I personally don't see why that is even relevant? your saying rev1 of any product is always best? pretty sure that's the direct opposite of reality

I've been pulling saplings and grappling for years and have yet to get the front wheels off the ground when using either attachment. I suppose there will be a first time though, just not yet.

Tractors are designed to do what they are meant to do under normal parameters but people don't always judge how some changes could affect the tractors performance and I'm not only talking about the oversized attachment.

What I saw in a picture it's a tractor that was operating on wet soil full of slippery rocks covered by leaves (more slippery) on an uneven terrain probably doing something that it is not supposed to do on such particular circumstance, who knows at what speed and what kind of maneuvers to break the already fatigued frame (?)
Is the operator qualified ?

He was overconfident and caused the accident that shouldn't have happened in the first place because he was not operating under normal parameters.
I can't judge the tractor because I know now that it probably was abused.
