Titan Weld on thumb installed

Decided to add a manual thumb to the factory backhoe on my M225E. It has the fixture for the factory thumb. Called my LS dealer. He wanted $450 for the unit. That was a bit too pricey. Called another LS dealer a bit further away, they promised to get back to me with a price. Was expecting a similarly inflated price, but never heard back.

Decided instead to go with the weld-on unit from Titan. It's about $170 delivered, with tax. I enjoy welding, and everything I've bought from Titan has been good quality, so why not?

Got it welded up last night. Still have to paint, but had a chance to use it to grab some stones and help with a bit of fire wooding today. Worked great for both tasks. Very handy addition to the backhoe.

The factory thumb desgin is awesome, but it wasn't worth nearly three times the price. To me.

Ordered one today. Looking forward to using it. I installed a bigger one on a machine that I've since sold. I thought it was a handy attachment that was well worth the money.
