YT235 down again!

Tractors aren't like cars. Deleting the emissions system could be catastrophic and there aren't enough made to research deleting them.
How is that? DPF's are down stream. The hardest part is getting the computer to think it's always regen'd.

[EDIT]: Scratch this- missed a post before responding; I was unaware Yanmar achieved emissions requirements using literal sorcery.

Does your manual actually tell you that
you have to park your tractor to regen???
Mine says keep working or you can park it
in a safe place. I have the YT235C

For what is called a reset regeneration, the first that the operator will see, you do continue working. If it is accompanied with a blinking caution light (every second) and the code 00 00087 16 you will have to park in a safe place. That is on page 14-21 of your operation manual (YT235)

Yanmar tractors are constantly regenerating when operating. The first few cycles are not seen by the operator. Deleting the DPF would have dire consequences.

What consequences?
A tractor that will not run properly. I would consider it to be dire if I invested $35k plus on a tractor and it did not run properly or at all due to my error.

It would run better.
Your tractor is designed to heat exhaust to burn soot. All of the programming and devices support this. Your aftertreatment system is designed to use that heat to remove soot. Taking a piece of that puzzle out could be catastrophic due to high exhaust temperature in excess of 1300 degrees Fahrenheit.
