I've got some dirt to move around my couple acres and the bucket on my little blue guy doesn't carry much in one load.

I‘m sure your tahoe could pull it on the single axle trailer.
Just make sure you get the “class V load distributing hitch”

Of course you’ll need a pretty good sized excavator to load it also. I’ve been on a couple of earth moving projects where they used these. They can make some huge ruts, like 3 feet deep, and still keep chugging along.
