Now What ?

Well, since we're posting pictures, lol...

I used to get my 1025R stuck all the time before I swapped my R4 tires for R14's, after that I got stuck once before selling the tractor for something larger. The 3rd photo has the R14's, but the box blade had sunk into the ground and dug in. I had to remove the blade and skull drag it away from the tractor, then I basically drove it out. I loved the Deere, but with this wet property when it sank, it SANK.

I've yet to sink the Kioti, but when I do it's going to be a bear to get out.

Don’t know where you are but if close to East Texas I will load up and come help you. Surely a neighbor that has a tractor would be willing to help. I have pulled several of my neighbors out over the years.
Don't know him, don't know where he lives, doesn't seem you've have much contact with him on the Forum, but first thought, first inclination was "have tractor will help" - very nice to see there are a few like you still around - don't know you, but thanks........

ouch..... would your fenders allow for this "old school" fix?

many a 2wd tractor has been able to walk themselves out of swamps. I wouldn't use trees as long as this guy did and ratchet straps versus chains is a modern day quick improvement over chains. Slow and steady for safety.

good luck!
In another post I suggested a method that has worked for me to get my tractor free from being stuck. The moderator did not approve it as far as I know, but in this thread it allowed an unsafe method . The logs tied to the rear wheels.

Well, I pushed it a little too far. May have to hire a dozier.
Although if I could walk I'd use chains and trees with the loader to get the tractor out.
At this point I have the shredder disconnected. If and when I get the tractor out I will then worry bout getting the shredder out.
I need to put out a round bale of hay out tomorrow. I guess I'll have to ask for a favor from a neighbor.
If you know anyone with a small backhoe they can get you out. If your ground is firm enough. They plant the backhoe and stretch out the boom and it will pull it out. Or a dozer

I used 60’ of chain, hooked to trailer bal on truck, tilted bucket over all the way, hooked chain to it and then curled bucket opposite.

Be really careful using a trailer ball on your pickup for things like this. People have been killed when the ball/hitch failed and recoiled into someone.

Drop balls are the worst. A driver being pulled was killed when the tow ball on the pulling vehicle failed and sent the ~3# assembly through the windshield killing the driver over on the "overlander" forum. Trailer balls do not handle loads frequently seen pulling out vehicles very well even if they can tow a heavy trailer.

I have a friend who was a combat engineer in Viet Nam. Occasionally a tank would get stuck in the mud,, buried up to the flat bottom pan. His methods of getting them out was to push a small block of C4 under the middle of the tank. Told the driver that when he heard the BANG to floor it and usually they could drive it out. No sure how good that would work on a tractor 🤣🤪😱

That'd do it! Bet it felt like the inside of a ringing bell in one of those old Patton's. 🤣

Progress, indeed. 🤣

Good to see you've got someone helping you out; sometimes we all need to reach out to a friend.

I bet you'll be happy when you can get back on that big red Mahindra.
Yep! My country area is being turned into a country club. Not what I was expecting when we moved.
