Grackle for all occasions. I noticed he has muddy feet.

When I was a kid, I have fond memories of raking leaves in the fall and HUGE flocks of grackles would fly in and out of our neighborhood. So loud!

Coming in to town a few minutes ago I was stopped at a light and a grackle flew down and drank from a puddle. I thought of this thread.

Another variation of the Comon Grackle. Lighting is everything. They are truly masters of reflections.

We used to call those Purple Grackles when I was a kid. I remember plowing fields and they would land on the freshly tilled soil looking for food. Your picture shows the purple.
