If your immune system is strong at the beginning you might have a chance at modern day cancer treatments but looking at a 5 yr window for cancer patients the outlook isn't good.Dear flyinghigh,
I was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer. Along with the radiation I also started a 2 year course of chemo prescribed by my oncologist. My wife despaired because of how bad I looked, she thought the end was near and that I must be really sick from the chemo. But I managed to make it through the chemo and 9 years later I am still cancer free. My point is that maybe things are not as bad as the seem. I sure hope not and I am rooting for you and your dad.
Eric
There are other cancer treatment alternatives but because there is little money to be made the FDA and big pharmas work together to force the general public to the expensive and usually deadly route.
Many studies show cancer rates are lower for people who don't eat meat.
I don't know of ANY one who "beat" cancer using current treatment methods.
