Good morning, the low temperature is 49 and going to a high of 72°F. Wind N 9 mph.

Dump run got put off 'til today. Today might be a good day to replace the roof on the one shelter. Jeep garage, is what we call it.
The middle one (Dodge garage) needs one, too.
Last season we couldn't get a decent windless day & the motivation so we covered them with tarps. Those cheap tarps are only good for one year sometimes.

mostly, yes the seat probably is warranty work, but they are machine welded. If one is bad they all are probably bad. We've got a 21 speed here with a gel seat, I'll change the trike seat for it IF I cannot get my head around the sitting crooked. Juniors' trike needs new tires, if he can make them do until spring he will probably be getting a new e-trike, too. So why put new tires on a trike he is probably going to sell/donate to a worthy cause?

Yesterday’s moving stuff around the yard for winter snow removal turned into a clean up behind the garden shed. Bent metal fence posts, old animal crates, rotted wood from some past project or other. Stuff that can be burned to the brush pile, metal and Pt wood will go to the dump. Saturday is the yearly hazardous chemicals drop off, haven’t been for a couple of years so need to gather that stuff up for disposal.
That’s about it for now.

Things are looking up for my mom. She should be released from the hospital Thurs or Friday. Lou, thanks for sharing your experience.

Mowed for 3 hours...grass tall now that we got a couple of decent rains. But first, tried to plug leak in rear zero turn tire tread. Still leaks. Hole kinda big. Had fixed a year ago, but always slow leak. Replaced the plug twice yesterday. Any body ever tried to use two plugs at the same time? Or maybe I can find bigger ones...or maybe there will be a better approach when I get time to research.

While waiting for grass to dry, took Della for a hike to the river...her longest hike so far. Found 6 different types of mushrooms. Lots of bright red ones.

51 outside this AM, heading to mid 70's.

Yesterday did not go as planned. Wow. A true crap show.

Attempted to get to real job, stuck in road closed due to accident. Had to turn around and go back home, cancelling all work at last minute.

Tried to fill up truck on way back, pumps not cooperating.

Got home, scared wife, she did not expect me back so soon.

No power to house/farm. Broke out generator to get some stuff hooked up.

Looked at tile sealing job, blah, not happy with it. Premium products too. Seems to dry, streaking in spots. Not good on a high gloss black floor.

Abandoned plans and fired up ZTR. Spent the rest of the day blowing grass clippings all over me and anything not moving. Grass just a little too high. But not anymore.

Hoping for a better day today.

BRRRR! cold air has arrived, 51 out now only getting up to low 70's.
first long sleeve shirt of the season went on...

doing some food shopping this morning, then home for plumber coming to install an acid neutralizer on my water system.
Hopefully then no more green in bottom of sinks. That copper has been going in my coffee every morning, so good to cut that out.
