View this morning out one of the windows of my church. It was founded in 1694. Some of the cemetery headstones are Revolutionary war dead from 250+ years ago in the Battle of the Brandywine.
Off in the distance, there’s a 200+ YO Sycamore. Flag at half mast for the slain National Guardsman. May God accept her into your Holy Kingdom.
The red building & barn behind the trees served as Lafayette’s Headquarters from the Revolutionary War.

I really struggle with the future outlook of our once great nation.
I believe the Patriots buried in the cemetery are feeling the same way.

We welcomed and swore in 6 new members. All were YOUNG!!! Our youth are looking for real love that only Jesus can offer.

Good worship, good lunch at the usual place with my usual order.
Let snagglepuss in earlier, then when she jumped on my lap, i discovered her legs and paws all muddy. She got thrown back out, but did let her back in to the garage.

Up almost all night. arm hurting a little less. very sleepy. I think i aggrevated arm with all the travel activity this week. I know hauling the 22# turkey up from the basement fridge using that arm didn't help, not did filling the pellet stove. The arm feels like the hurt when you get a flu shot, the shoulder pain is worse when it flares up.

We have tickets for a christmas show tuesday in Lancaster, debating about driving up tomorrow and staying the night, since projected to get 1-3"snow monday night into tuesday afternoon.

Christmas came early in 2018
if you don't already have it, I hope someday you all
get your dream tractor
this is what happens when you don't have a wife to say "really?"
particularly when I already had a wonderful Kubota
this one simply talked to me, and back then, this was an early model,
the whole loaded tractor (not the implements) was 50 grand. I believe it's at least 20k more now.

I was one happy fellow.

Hmmm, not sure I’ll be upgrading when I get my Lottery Tractor, really enjoying the cab on my recently acquired Bobcat which I pretty much got at insistence of wife. I suspect you are correct regarding price.

As a young boy, my Camp King with 4 blades was my most prized possession. Had several Swiss Army knives during Army years. Haven’t carried a pocket knife since 9-11. Often have one of those folding utility knives in pocket when working around here, but not really the same.
