Putting the trailer in a stuck spot isn't good, but the accident and deaths has to be at least partially on the person who made a U-turn on the ramp behind the trailer

I see the driver and whomever planned the route at fault for the blocked road.
I see the idiot pulling the U-turn at fault for the accident and deaths that they caused.
They made the conscious decision to do that U-turn. They weren't forced to do it.
How can you not know that the loaded dump truck you're driving exceeds the 3 ton limit? Heck, a full sized pickup with e adult passengers is overweight.

Check out Kando's "Rounded off drain plug" . I think it went for 2300 pages. While it was maddening at times, it was interesting.I believe we already spent about 6 pages on that subject.
